How does the personalization work?

You share one clear photo of your child, plus a few details (name, age, interests). We turn the photo into an illustrated character and write an original story around them.

What ages is it for?

We tailor the story and tone for children from newborn through about age 10.

What photo should I use?

Choose one where they're looking at the camera, just as you'd want them captured — a clear, front-facing photo in everyday clothing gives their character the best likeness. You'll be able to upload it during personalization.

Whose photo can I upload?

Only upload a photo you have permission to use — your own child's, or one you have clear permission to use from their parent or guardian if you're ordering as a gift. You'll confirm this before your book can be added to your cart.

What happens to the photo after I upload it?

It's used only to create your child's storybook character. We delete the original photo after production — it's never used for anything beyond your order.

How long does it take to arrive?

Each book is made to order and printed on demand, then shipped to you. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed and again when it ships.

Can I return it?

Because every book is personalized and printed just for you, we can't accept returns. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.
